Course Description. This course introduces the key skills for managing projects. This course will present effective and structured project management so that your project can be delivered to time, cost and quality standards. 
 
Aims. This course provides an overview of project management, the project life-cycle and the role of the project manager. The course describes the Project Initiation and Business Case Phases. The course describes the planning concept and milestone deliverables and explains risk assessment. It provides an understanding of  what to do when things go wrong. It explains what to do at project completion and subsequent post project review.
