Course Description. This course develops skills to establish better working relationships with difficult peers, supervisors, or subordinates. The twin course is Bullying and Harassment.

Aims. To show the problems that occur at work through inconsiderate behaviour, attitude, lack of trust, over use of power, poor/lack of communication, lack of responsibility, lack of respect and courtesy. To judge if it is useful to try and resolve these challenging behaviours and provide strategies for their resolution.
